Connections to Independence
Connections to Independence (C2i) promotes successful and healthy transitions to independent living as youth in foster care reach adulthood. KMC is creating an activity and outcome dashboard to support reporting efforts and data-informed decision making. Additionally, KMC is conducting a program evaluation to analyze youth outcomes and engage youth in defining the unique strengths of C2i in supporting their successful transition to independent living.

Build Wealth Minnesota strengthens communities by empowering families to build sustainable social and economic wealth. KMC is conducting a qualitative-focused program evaluation to hear from Build Wealth’s community about how they are effectively closing the homeownership gap, and what opportunities lie ahead to amplify their impact across a wider geographic range.

LabVIEW Experiment Podcast
The LabVIEW Experiment Podcast knew it was reaching a large audience across different platforms with podcast and video production, and was excited to align their efforts to reach the greatest audience with efficiency, as well as communicate with potential sponsors about their reach. KMC gathered all audience data across their production platforms and created an engagement dashboard to support decision-making and marketing.

Minnesota Alliance With Youth
Minnesota Alliance With Youth (MAWY) challenges existing systems to amplify the voice of youth, promote equitable access to education, and foster collaboration across generations. KMC facilitated a training on Community Engagement Strategies, equipping their Groundswork Fellows with the knowledge and skills required to meaningfully engage community members in problem identification and solution strategizing.

MDP Facilitation: Towards Decolonization
The Masters of Development Practice Program at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs prepares professionals for a career in sustainable development. KMC worked with key collaborators to facilitate a community-led exploration of decolonization in the context of international development education at UMN. The engagement allowed students, faculty, and alumni to envision a path forward with intentional shifts towards decolonization.
